Botanical Drawing at VanDusen Botanical Gardens

In classroom demonstrations on how to draw shape, structure and form of flowers. During each class there will be time in the garden to study flowers close up.

Methods and techniques will include the following: Gesture and contour line; Structural lines; Scale and proportion; Negative and positive space; Tonal blending and colour mixing
