During the month of July and August, I plan to offer a series of LIVE “Plein Air” workshops where we meet in Vancouver Park locations in the lower mainland.
Start the process by choosing a location, establishing a scene of interest. Explore the elements of a composition in pencil studies, work with watercolour to capture colour, mood and the tonal qualities of local landscapes.
Travel light: Bring your travel box-set of watercolours, watercolour paper sketchbook, water brushes, a simple outdoor easel and fold away chair.
